Marioupol (2022)

The artist's preferred medium is painting. In his compositions, space is constructed by multiple interwoven layers. Supersaturated puzzles give birth to labyrinthine and abstract figures. Color constructions are sedimented by successive layers, sketching a pictorial language where uncertain figures sometimes emerge between geometric forms. The line often becomes violent and musical, as if each work is a transcription of a rock concert.
